Before you can use an Express Cash ATM, you need to be enrolled in the Express Cash program. Signing up is easy and costs nothing. There is no monthly charge; you pay only for the transactions you make.

Please have the following information handy when you call:

If you are a Personal Card, Gold Card, Platinum Card, or Corporate Cardmember1, you'll need to supply us with a bank account number. Please have a check on hand when you call.

Once enrolled in Express Cash, you can have foreign currency and American Express Travelers Cheques delivered directly to your home or office for your next trip. To order foreign currency or Travelers Cheques, call 1-800-721-9768.
This enrollment process is for US issued cards only. If you have an American Express Card that was issued internationally please call the number on the back of your card to get specific enrollment information.

1For Personal Card, Gold Card, Platinum Card, and Corporate Cardmembers, ATM transactions will be debited from your bank account, not billed to your American Express Card. Some Corporate Cardmembers will need to enroll through their companies. Please check with your company to find out if this applies to you.
