The online reservation system is intended to service vacation travel bookings only. Business travel reservations should be made through your American Express Corporate Travel Agent.
*The Sabre.Res online reservation system is available only to travellers with a Canadian credit card billing address.

We are committed to making your travel arrangements convenient and hassle-free. That's why airline tickets purchased online will be issued by American Express Travel Services and sent to you via courier**.
Services fees range from $35-75.00 plus GST and are subject to change without notice.
Tickets will be issued and sent during regular business hours - Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm ET.
**Cost of courier will be charged to client. |

Please ensure that when you complete an online reservation that you have obtained the following confirmation:
Car and Hotel Reservations
- A 6 digit reservation code. It is a series of 6 letters. For example, a Reservation code could be "XTSKED" AND
- A confirmation number from the hotel or car vendor. For example, a confirmation number could be R4962494. If this number does not appear once you complete your reservation, please return to the Main Menu page and retrieve your existing booking. The confirmation number should then appear.
Air Reservations
- A 6 digit reservation code. It is a series of 6 letters. For example, a Reservation code could be "XTSKED".

To serve you even better, the online reservation system has recently been upgraded. If your ID, password and profile were created prior to March 27, 2001, you will need to re-register for a new ID and password and recreate your travel profile.
When you visit Sabre.Res, please note that the site is separate from and independent of the American Express site.
