Merchant requirements for using the American Express name and logo on the Internet:

Only organisations with current Terms and Conditions with Maybank and additional Internet Addendum may use the American Express logo on their Web sites.
The American Express logo must not be modified, shortened or altered in any way.
In accordance with the terms and conditions of your agreement with Maybank, the logo should receive no less than equal prominence with other card acceptance logos on your Web site.
