A dedicated team based within Corporate Groups & Events provides a complimentary venue find service for meetings and accommodation for 10 or more people.
This central booking service is designed to provide you with a service that is quick and cost effective. Taking advantage of our user friendly service will save you both time and money.
The Meeting Line procedure:
- Contact your Meeting Line representative with an outline of your requirements
- The Meeting Line team will then undertake research to locate at least 3 suitable venues
- Following submission of these venues and your acceptance of one the confirmation process begins
- Meeting Line will then liase with the venue finalising the booking
- The chosen venue will then contact you directly to verify contracts and method of payment

By Road (via M25)
Leave the M25 at Junction 29
(signposted A127 Southend).
Continue along the A127 (approx. 14 miles),take the A130 Chelmsford bound.
Exit at the first junction, signposted to Wickford/South Woodham Ferrers.
Follow the signs to South Woodham Ferrers, then follow the signs into town centre.
The main landmark is ASDA, we recommend you park there.
Face away from ASDA and you will see 3 brick arches to your left, walk through these to Market Square.
Our offices are opposite the Oakland Hotel and next to "Blu".

Great Eastern line to [South] Woodham Ferrers.
Trains depart from London Liverpool Street and you may need to change train at Wickford.
Upon arrival it will be best to get a taxi to our office (approx. 8 mins.).
As the trains are less frequent to Woodham Ferrers, you can take
a taxi from Wickford. This takes approximately 15-20 minutes. |
