	Assured Hotel Reservations


	Regardless of how late you arrive, your room will be waiting for you. Your room will be held until check-out time the day following your scheduled arrival or comparable accommodation will be provided at no charge. When making reservations at participating hotels or motels, request an American Express Assured Reservation and be sure to ask for a confirmation number. To cancel an Assured Reservation, call the hotel or motel before the time specified by the property to avoid being billed for the first night's stay. 	Car Rental Theft and Damage Insurance ²*


	When you fully charge a car rental to the Corporate Card and where allowed by law, you will be covered by Car Rental theft and Damage Insurance for damage or theft on many rental cars up to the full value of the rental car (not available for employees of certain companies *). To take advantage of this protection, eligible Cardmembers must decline the Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) or similar option offered to you by the car rental company and use the Corporate Card. There is no additional charge for this coverage and you save the daily LDW fee (usually $15-$23 per day) charged by the car rental company. Note: All Insurance coverages are subject to the terms and conditions of their respective master policies. 	Every time you travel on business on a common carrier (plane, train, bus or ship) and charge your tickets to the Corporate Card, you’re automatically insured with accidental death and dismemberment insurance through your Travel Accident Insurance policy. If your company policy allows, you can use the Corporate Card to book tickets for your spouse or dependent children (under age 23) so they can accompany you on your business trip, and they also will be covered. * Note: All Insurance coverages are subject to the terms and conditions of their respective master policies. 	With Flight & Baggage Delay Insurance, when you fully charge your airline tickets to the Corporate Card, you can receive up to $500 coverage for all reasonable and necessary hotel, motel or restaurant expenses when you are delayed or denied boarding for more than four hours.
