If your cell phone is lost or stolen, contact an AMEX® InfoAssist representative and he/she will cancel your service on your behalf and request a replacement phone wherever possible.
Emergency money transfers
If your wallet goes missing when you're away from home, call an AMEX® InfoAssist representative, who will arrange to transfer the money you need to the nearest appropriate financial institution.*
Emergency airline tickets
If your airline tickets go missing when you're away from home, call an AMEX® InfoAssist representative who will arrange for emergency tickets to be available at the requested airport.*

When you travel, call toll-free and leave messages for those who expect to hear from you. A representative will make three seperate attempts to get your message through.
Change of address notification
Moving? Call an AMEX InfoAssist representative at least 4 weeks before moving day. They will send you a change of address form to complete and return to us. Upon receipt of this form, he/she will notify all the companies you've registered as well as the Canadian magazines you subscribe to.
