How many points must I have before I can claim a reward?
Rewards can be redeemed at many point levels, and there are lots of great gifts to
choose from. You can claim a reward as soon as you have the number of point
required for the particular reward you desire.

Will my Membership Rewards points expire?
Points expire after five years, so you have plenty of time to can save up for larger
rewards without worry*.

Which airlines can I use my Membership Rewards points to fly with?
Cardmembers may transfer Membership Rewards points
into any of the following three frequent flyer programmes, run by some of the most
prestigious airlines in the world. Transfer your points to Continental Airlines
OnePass, Delta SkyMiles, Navigator TAP Air Portugal, or Alitalia Mille Miglia.

Which hotels can I stay in, using my Membership Rewards points?
Cardmembers may transfer Membership Rewards points
into any of the following three frequent guest programmes giving access to
countless hotels around the world. These are Hilton HHonors ®, Priority Club ®
Rewards, and Starwood Preferred Guest. In addition to these, we are delighted to
offer the opportunity to stay at Steigenberger Hotels throughout Europe.

How do I link my Membership Rewards account to a partner frequent
traveller programme?
If you belong to a participating airline or hotel programme you can call Alpha
Bank's American Express Customer Service team to transfer your points. You can
link accounts anytime and there is no limit to the number of partners you can link
with. Please allow 14 days for us to verify your account or to enrol.

How long does it take to transfer points into my participating frequent flyer
or hotel frequent guest account?
Provided you are already enrolled and your accounts are linked we can normally
complete a points transfer within 5 working days.

How do I check if the participating hotel or airline I am interested in has
availability before I transfer my points or redeem for a voucher?
You must call the airline or hotel directly prior to exchanging points. Phone
numbers can be found on the airline and hotel partner pages. Please tell the
reservation agent that you intend paying with your Membership Rewards points or
with a Membership Rewards voucher so that he or she can check the relevant
availability.

Can I switch my points back to Membership Rewards once I have
transferred them to a frequent traveller programme or exchanged them for a
reward?
No. Once points have been exchanged for a reward the points cannot be
converted back into your Membership Rewards account.

How long does it take to receive a Membership Rewards voucher?
Your voucher normally arrives 14 days after you request it.

Are any other Cards I obtain from American Express automatically linked to
my Membership Rewards account?
Any additional card you take out on your Alpha Bank issued Blue, Green or Gold
Charge Card account for a partner or member of the family is automatically
linked to your account and will earn you points whenever it is used.* To
benefit, apply now for an additional Blue, Green or Gold Charge Card and start
earning points for virtually every Euro that the additional Cardmember
spends on the Card.

How do I keep track of my points?
Every month you will receive a Membership Rewards
statement with your Card statement. This shows the number of points you have
accumulated in your account and the points you have redeemed.

How do I redeem my points?
Redeeming your points is as easy as earning them. First, select your reward from
the many on offer. Then call Alpha Bank's American Express Customer Service
team on +30 210 326 2626 in Athens. You will need to quote your Membership
Rewards account or Card number and the reward code, which you will find next to
the description of the reward.
