Terms and Conditions
To receive the savings, all purchases made through the Savings at Work program must be charged to a qualifying American Express ® Corporate Card, the American Express ® / Business ExtrAA ® Corporate Card, the Corporate Purchasing Card or any other American Express Commercial Card. In order for clients to receive a rebate for a specific charge, the participating partner must be shown as the merchant of record on the American Express Card statement issued during the offer period. Offers from partners are subject to the partners’ terms and conditions. Not all companies are eligible for every offer. Some partner offers may not be combinable with existing company discounts. In the event a company enters into an agreement with a participating partner, such a company is subject to being excluded from rebates from that partner and may lose any related discounts accrued during that calendar year. A company must be an active mid-size client of American Express in good standing for the rebate qualification, accrual and payment periods. Rebates will be paid on any charge that appears on card member statements that are issued between January 1st and December 31st of any year of the program. For offers with start dates that occur during the course of the calendar year, rebates will be paid for charges that appear on any statements issued during that period. All offers are effective through December 31 of each calendar year. Rebates will be determined at calendar year-end and disbursed to companies directly. If a client’s aggregate rebate amount for all qualifying purchases made by that client or that client’s employees in any given calendar year, including 2006, is less than $10, then that client will not receive a rebate payment for those purchases unless that client contacts American Express at 877-207-1098, Clients can choose to opt out of the program and the provision of the rebates and benefits associated with the program by calling the number above. A report of client spend will be provided to participating partners for the purposes of calculating and substantiating rebates. American Express reserves the right to amend, alter, or terminate the program, participation and offer in its sole discretion at any time without notice.
