Offers under this program are open to all American Express Cardmembers ("Cardmembers") billed in Indian Rupees whose accounts are valid and in good standing except American Express RPM Credit Cardmembers.
Double Membership Rewards Points on transactions made at HPCL outlets will be given on the Charges made on American Express Cards except American Express Corporate Cards and Cards which are already on accelerated Reward Points, i.e. American Express Platinum Card, Indian Airlines American Express Gold Card and RPM Credit Cards.
Cardmembers who are enrolled in the Turbo Program of Membership Rewards will not be eligible for Double Membership Rewards Points under this offer.
Cardmembers not enrolled for Membership Rewards can avail of the Membership Rewards benefits only if they enroll in the Membership Rewards program by paying the enrollment fee.
All Cardmembers who are eligible for the reward shall be required to redeem as per normal Membership Rewards Redemption Process.
The offer is being made purely on a "best effort" basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any way to participate in this offer and any such participation shall be purely voluntary.
American Express is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of goods/services, nor is it liable for any defect or deficiency or discrepancy of goods and services so obtained/availed by Cardmember at the Establishment.
American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the Terms and Conditions of any offer, at any time without prior notice.
Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the Terms and Conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with American Express.
All disputes arising out of this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the State of Delhi.
